Whenever I travel to Australia, I always book an appointment for eyelash extensions with Laila Lash beauty. Rui and the team are absolutely amazing. Meticulous technique, gentle removal of old lashes, very efficient work and the longevity of my lashes always ensures that I come back when I can. The studio is always clean, well ventilated, relaxing - and I love the curved beds! So comfortable! I used to live in Sydney and found Rui many years ago when Laila Lash started at another location. Although I’ve worked with different technicians at Laila (this time I had Kaede who was very sweet), my experience has been consistent. Sometimes it might be more than a year between visits but Rui has always welcomed me back, which I think is really awesome customer service. Happy to return each and every time and refer my Aussie friends

Went here for my very first lash extensions. I was really nervous but Shoko was very nice and calmed me 💕 her hands were very light i almost fell asleep! Lashes up to this day are still very good even after wetting them. Will definitely come back! Wonderful salon for eyelash extensions. They ask you lots of questions to ensure you get the exact style of lashes you want! Very comfortable salon bed and they even give you a blanket - I nearly fell asleep I was so comfortable!

Been coming to this place to fix my lashes for the last 9 months and the results always amaze me every time. Rui has top notch experience and very highly skilled. I have a moon-shaped eye and to do my lash is very tricky but she does my eyelash extension perfectly without making my eye look more "droopy". I read other comments about the lash don't last longer than 2 weeks for some customers -but as for me -the extension it self can last for 6 weeks to 7 weeks. Highly recommended!

I had my lashes and eyebrows done recently by Shoko and love them. I hadn’t had my lashes done in a while so Shoko took me through the different options based on the style I was after. Throughout my time there she made sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed. Definitely coming back again soon!

I've had lash lifts and eye lash extensions here and each experience has been really great. The atmosphere is really calming, and the technicians (especially Shoko) are very experienced and take their time during the consultation to understand what you're looking for. They conduct the service with such care that I've fallen asleep during every appointment. Would 10000000% recommend!

I had my eyelashes done here recently and they look absolutely incredible. Lots of options to choose from to custom to your eye shape and the staff were so lovely. Nice and quiet in the shop and very fast. Will definitely return again to have them done.
