These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Laila Lash & Beauty website and your booking of any appointment or service with us. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Salon Policy
To make sure every client receives the time and care their treatment deserves, the following salon policies apply to all bookings:
Cancellation & Reschedule
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged 50% of the service price. Not showing up to your appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may delay other clients’ appointments. As a result, we may need to shorten your treatment time to stay on schedule for the rest of the day. Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment.
Infills
You must have at least 30% of your eyelash extensions remaining to book an infill appointment. If you have extensions applied by another salon and would like an infill with us, you’ll need to book at full set pricing instead.
2. Health & Suitability
Please let us know before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Some services (including cosmetic tattoo and lash lifts) may not be suitable for everyone, and we may recommend a patch test or an alternative treatment where appropriate.
3. Treatment Results
While we always aim for the best possible outcome, results can vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, hair growth cycle, aftercare, and how your body responds to the treatment. Semi-permanent and cosmetic tattoo treatments (including lip blush and eyebrow tattoo) fade naturally over time and may require touch-up appointments to maintain your desired result.
4. Aftercare
We’ll provide aftercare instructions following your treatment. Following this guidance helps your results last as intended — we’re not responsible for reduced results caused by not following aftercare advice.
5. Online Bookings
Appointments booked through our website are processed via Fresha, a third-party booking platform. By booking online, you also agree to Fresha’s own terms of use for their booking service.
6. Pricing
Prices listed on our website reflect standard and current promotional pricing, but your exact price will always be confirmed at your consultation, as it may vary depending on your natural lashes, brows, or skin, and the specific technique required.
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Laila Lash & Beauty unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Laila Lash & Beauty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
